Case Study: Testing System for a Retail Company
Customer:
The customer is one of the largest Japanese online retailers.
Project Description:
Wxxxx is the main system of the customer's business application. Many of its programs are processing values which are related to the region code in the address of customer. Objective of this project is to change all related programs in Wxxxx to process region codes from the number format previously, into new format which accept alphabet characters in this field.
FPT need to study old PGs source and new design document provided by customer, prepare test data, coding (correct 187 Pro*C programs running in HP UX/Oracle 9.2), execute unit test, confirm test result with customer and create test report.
