To further improve our services in order to meet the demands of our global customers, FPT Software’s Board of Directors is pleased to announce changes to the personnel and organizational structure of the Company with the establishment of four new subsidiary companies, 100% owned by FPT Software, namely:
• FPT Software Engineering Ltd.
• FPT Software Worldwide Ltd.
• FPT Software R&D Ltd.
• FPT Software Direct Marketing Solutions Ltd.
The change is effective from 1st January 2010 and all four companies will be headquartered in Hanoi. [Please refer to below Organization Chart]
As you are no doubt well aware, these are difficult times as companies all over the world deal with the global economic crisis. FPT Software’s customers have had to implement many policies and change their business plans to try and overcome some of these difficulties. Therefore, we have also had to make some changes of our own to offer better value to our customers in the various markets in which we operate. These customer-oriented organizational changes will allow us to better regulate our human resources, focus on training key staff such as technical professionals, as well as enhance productivity and product quality.
After more than a decade of relentless development, FPT Software has now become the largest software and IT services company in Vietnam with 2,700 employees. It has branches in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Danang, and six countries around the world. The organizational changes announced above reflect the management’s determination to ensure FPT Software’s continued growth and development in the future.
